Can I come with a pet?
Yes, the additional fee for staying with a pet is PLN 100.
Is parking space available? Is it free?
Parking spaces are usually assigned to the apartment. You will receive all the details the day before your arrival. If there is no parking space, you can use public, municipal parking spaces for an appropriate fee.
What is the standard check-in time? Is it possible to check in earlier?
Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., check-out time is 11:00. If you are interested in early check-in, please contact us on +48 511 383 739 on the day of arrival from 9:00 (for properties in Gdańsk), as this is subject to availability. The service is paid.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, please provide all data, including the e-mail address to which the invoice is to be sent, no later than on the day of departure.
What is the check in method?
Depending on the premises, it is a self-check-in (box with a key) or handing over the keys in person. We send all details the day before arrival.
Can we extend our stay?
If the property does not have another reservation yet, we extend stays for a standard fee.
Do you provide taxi from the station/airport?

Pickup service is currently not available. However, available applications (Uber, Bolt, etc.) provide rides at preferential prices.
